How to Grow Swamp Milkweed from Seed

Option 1: Cold Stratification (Recommended for Spring Sowing)
Place seeds in an airtight container (not the paper packet) in the refrigerator for at least 30 days to simulate winter. This prepares them for strong spring germination.

Option 2: Fall Sowing (Hands-Off & Natural)
Sow seeds directly outdoors in fall. Nature takes care of the cold stratification, and seedlings emerge naturally in spring.
